The SPC has issued a Slight Risk for Severe Thunderstorms over Northern into Western Wisconsin, Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, Including the entire local area. There is also an enhanced risk of hail and wind with this system over Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. A stationary/cold front will sag south right over the area by the even hours. Storms will form along this front, and if we can get into enough sunshine. some storms could become severe with very large hail, and Strong damaging winds. People should remember that we do have a risk of severe weather today.
