Showers and thunderstorms have already begun to fire across the state late this morning. Some of the storms may be capable of producing small hail or gusty winds for the next few hours or so. The main round of severe weather will likely not take place until later this afternoon into the evening hours as was previously mentioned in the blog post earlier this morning. It will remain hot with readings staying in the 80s to lower 90 (outside of storms) for the next few hours.
