A Sunny Dry Day today across the state after a night of some light to at times moderate rain. Some localized flooding did occur in east central Iowa last night with showers that trained over the same area S and SE of Iowa City. It will be dry again on Sunday, even though the humidity will be high once more. Highs will be in the 80s with dewpoints in the upper 60s to lower 70s.

The next chance of rain will come again Monday with another active period next week with numerous chances of showers and thunderstorms. Not everyone will see rain everyday and it won’t be an all day rain.
