After the breach of the Lake Delhi Dam (also known as Hartwick Lake Dam) on Saturday afternoon, the entire lake except for the main channel of the Maquoketa river has completely drained out. Once a resort area in the northeastern part of Iowa, now has boats moored on dried out mud yards away from any water. Homes that once had a lake view, now have a view of dirt, mud and debris.
