* AT 209 AM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES OF RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA…WITH ANOTHER INCH POSSIBLE.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE…IDA GROVE…ANTHON…ARTHUR…BATTLE CREEK…CORRECTIONVILLE…CUSHING…DANBURY…GALVA…HOLSTEIN…HORNICK…LAWTON…MOVILLE…PIERSON…SALIX…SLOAN AND SMITHLAND.
