* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…LAURENS…POCAHONTAS…CYLINDER…CURLEW…RODMAN…MALLARD…WEST BEND…PLOVER…HAVELOCK…VARINA…OTTOSEN…ROLFE…BRADGATE…FONDA…GILMORE CITY AND RUTLAND.
