The Storm Prediction Center in Norman,OK has issues a Moderate Risk! for Minnesota and Wisconsin, including parts of the 6 county area, especially Polk, Barron, Dunn and St Croix Counties.. Storms are expected to develop in Minnesota sometime Friday and move east, potentially effected the local area, The highest threats right now are very large hail and damaging winds, with the potential for a tornado. This is one of the higher risks our areas has been in so far this season. People in the area should stay closely tuned to weather forecasts and warnings today.
