The Storm Prediction Center has issued a TORNADO Watch effective until 9am for the following counties, Benton, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, Jones, Linn, Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette and Winneshiek. Along with the threat of tornadoes, large hail and damaging straight line winds are possible with any of the storms that move through the area. Also heavy rain is a very good possiblity as well.
