A few widely scattered thunderstorms have begun to fire across the eastern half of the state this afternoon. The largest one is moving into the northern Louisa and southern Muscatine counties. There is a possiblity of a few funnel clouds with that storm as it moves to the east at around 30mph. Another showers and thunderstorms will dump a quick tenth to two tenths of an inch of rain in a short period of time before moving away.
