The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch effective until 7am for the following counties, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie and Shelby. Thunderstorms are currently moving through the central to eastern parts of Nebraska with damaging winds (the main threat) and large hail (secondary threat) being the main threats this morning. There are other thunderstorms that are developing in the state as well, but they are not expected to be severe at this time.
