The complex of thunderstorms that moved into the state this morning continues moving through central into eastern Iowa early this afternoon. Most of the severe thunderstorm watch has been cancelled except in the southern part of the state, where the strongest storms are currently. Moderate to heavy rain at times, cloud to ground lightning and gusty winds to 40 mph can be expected with these storms as they continue moving to the east this afternoon.
