The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 5am for Appanoose, Davis, Wapello, Des Moines, Henry, Jefferson, Lee, Louisa, and Van Buren counties. Thunderstorms moving NE out of Missouri may be severe in the southeastern portions of the state through the early morning hours. The main threat, which it has been all evening long will be large hail up to half dollar size. Otherwise heavy rain will be another threat with Flash Flood Watches continuing as well.
