THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST THROUGH THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING. BY 5 AM RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE LIKELY. THIS RAIN WILL BE FALLING ON WET GROUND RESULTING IN RAPID RUNOFF AND FLASH FLOODING.
