The Storm Prediction Center has issued a slight risk of Severe Thunderstorms across parts of Eastern Minnesota, Western and Central Wisconsin and Northern Iowa. including all of my 6 county blog coverage area. A strong Warm front/Cold front system will pass through the area today. This will bring the potential for strong to severe storms to fire over Eastern Minnesota and move east. If this happens the area will be dealing with the risk of damaging winds, large hail and even the heightened risk for tornado’s. People in the local area should pay close attention to the forecasts this afternoon.
