The Storm Prediction Center has updated it’s outlook and has issued a slight risk of severe thunderstorms across all of Wisconsin for Friday afternoon, including all of my 6 county blog coverage area. A strong low pressure system and cold front will push through the area this afternoon, and it has the potential to bring strong to severe thunderstorms to the area, at this point our chances for severe storms are higher then it has been in quite a few months. The risk includes severe thunderstorms with the possibility of damaging winds, large hail, and even the risk for tornado’s, this risk will be even more enhanced if Sunshine develops. People should watch the weather Friday
