A Perfect Sunday

Little wind, dry air and plentiful amounts of sunshine make for a perfect Sunday across the state. Readings at early afternoon have already soared into the 60s to near 70 across the state. With a few more hours of daytime heating left, highs will rise into the mid 60s to lower 70s range for the state today. Tonight will not be as cold as last night with temperatures dropping into the mid 30s to around 40. Some cooler locations may dip down to the freezing mark and some light frost is possible.

The beginning of this upcoming week looks great as well, with more sunshine, a little more wind out of the south and readings slowly moving up a degree or two each day. The next chance of rain is on Wednesday (very slight) especially in the southern part of the state with the best chances holding out until Friday and the following weekend.
