Slightly Cooler

Temperatures this afternoon aren’t quite as warm as yesterday due to more cloudiness across the state. A few peaks of sunshine have filtered through, but temperatures are in the 20s and 30s in the NW half of the state while the southeastern half remains at or above freezing and in some cases even in the low 40s. This has led to more snowpack melting away, which will lead to more fog tonight into tomorrow morning. This will continue for several more days with continued melting. Temperatures will remain in the 30s through the weekend for highs with lows generally in the 20s. The next chance of precipitation arrives on Tuesday. The precip will likely be all rain at least at this point.
