Rainfall for the month of September so far has been little if anything for the eastern 3/4ths of the state. Only western Iowa has received any rain, with Sioux City getting over 4 inches of rain so far. Many locations in eastern Iowa haven’t seen rain since the heavy deluge nearly 3 weeks ago. The forecast shows no rain at least in the next week, but some could move in by the middle of next week, but that could change.
