* AT 138 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO NEARLY 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ON SATURATED SOILS SINCE 10 AM.
