There was a tornado today in Minneapolis Minnesota. It went through the southern part of the city and moved in the northeasterly direction. The tornado formed shortly after 2pm. Some damage was reported at the Minneapolis Convention Center where the National Evangelical Lutheran Church was holding their National Convention. Also the Central Lutheran Church sustained some damage to their steeple. No injuries have been reported as of early this evening.
