The Storm Prediction Center has issued a TORNADO watch in effect until 11pm for the following counties, Allamakee, Winneshiek, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Benton, Buchanan, Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Iowa, Jackson, Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott and Washington. This watch replaces the two watches which were set to expire at 5pm. Thunderstorms continue across northeast Iowa into neighboring Wisconsin. These storms will have the capabillity of large hail, damaging winds and some tornadoes.
