* AT 621 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL…AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR WESTGATE…OR 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF OELWEIN…MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
