Today will be typical of a July day, with highs in the 80s. The humidity will be lower with the passage of the cold front earlier this morning. Tomorrow, another cold spell will move into the state bringing September like temperatures to the eastern half of the state. Highs may struggle to get out of the 60s, with nighttime lows this weekend dropping into the upper 40s! The record lows in the eastern part of the state are in and around 50°, so a few records might fall. Only a slight chance of rain is forecast for tomorrow, otherwise it will be early next week when shower and thunderstorm chances return along with the typical summertime weather.
