All the warnings have expired at this time, but more could be issued in the next few hours. A Severe Thunderstorm watch remains in effect for NW Iowa until 2am. At 10:30pm, the main complex of thunderstorms was located along a line extending from Spirit Lake to north of Mason City, with the heaviest activity located in Emmet county near Estherville. The storms continue moving east at 30-35 mph. A slight turn to the SE is possible given previous MCS’s over the last few days. Any additional warnings will be on the Twitter Feed on the right hand side of the blog, while we prepare for another possible long day of severe weather tomorrow.
