* AT 449 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BAYARD…OR 54 MILES SOUTHEAST OF IDA GROVE…AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.
