* AT 656 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 3 MILES NORTHEAST OF TOLEDO…OR 28 MILES WEST OF VINTON…AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.
