* AT 209 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL…AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GRISWOLD…OR 84 MILES SOUTH OF IDA GROVE…AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
