EASTERN ADAIR COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA
SOUTHEASTERN GUTHRIE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL IOWA

* AT 929 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR EARLHAM…OR 29 MILES WEST
OF DES MOINES…AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. NICKEL SIZE
HAIL MAY ALSO ACCOMPANY THESE DAMAGING WINDS.
