Scattered showers were located in SE Iowa this morning. They were moving to the east at 25mph. More concentrated showers and thunderstorms will move in later this evening into tonight with heavy rain likely. The rain will continue Monday and Tuesday as a large storm develops in the plains. Severe Weather is still likely, especially in western Iowa on Monday. Blizzard Warnings are in effect in the Black Hills of South Dakota, eastern Wyoming and NW Nebraska where over a foot of snow will be likely. Rain will end late Tuesday night with slightly cooler conditions mid to late next week.
