Sunshine is moving back into the state. At mid-afternoon, temperatures were in the 40s and 50s. The rain continues in scattered fashion in SE Iowa, but it should move out of the state later this afternoon. Temperatures tonight will drop to around freezing with highs tomorrow in the 50s. The next storm will bring rain to the state on Friday, with a more potent storm coming in early next week.
