Temperatures this afternoon have climbed into the 30s and lower 40s statewide. This is just slightly below average for this time of year. Temperatures will continue to warm into the weekend with highs in the 50s by Sunday and lows generally in the 20s and 30s. The next chance of measureable rain will hold off until next week. Flooding continues on rivers in SE Iowa. They will fall below flood stage by this weekend or early next week.
