A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued which goes into effect at 1am tomorrow morning and will be in effect until Noon for the following counties, Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson and Sioux. Strong winds with temperatures falling into the single digits and teens will create wind chills of -20 to -25 degrees early tomorrow morning. Outside of the advisory area, wind chills will easily fall below zero. There could be extensions of the advisory later tonight.
