A damp and dreary day continues at midday with light to moderate rain moving through the state. Some of the rain is mixing with snow in the northern part of the state. Clarion was reporting light snow at 11am. Winter Weather Advisories continue in NW Iowa for possible snow later tonight into Sunday. Heavy rain continues to be a concern with flash flood watches continuing in eastern Iowa through Sunday.
