March has come in like a lamb across Iowa. Clear skies and cold temperatures blanketed the state. Temperatures at mid-afternoon were in the teens where snow still blankets the ground in western Iowa to the 20s and 30s in the eastern part of the state. A gradual warmup will take place this week ahead of the next storm on Thursday, which will bring showers and isolated thunderstorms to the state.
