Light rain with embedded thunderstorms are moving through the northeastern quarter of Iowa this morning. Lightning is few and far between, so hearing a clap of thunder or seeing a stroke or two of lightning this morning will be possible. Temperatures have stayed above freezing all night so it has stayed all rain, although some sleet and freezing rain may be possible. The rain will be out of the state by mid-morning.
