Cedar Rapids and Moline IL set new record highs that previously had been recorded 10 years ago in 1999. Cedar Rapids hit 56° which beat the old record of 54, while Moline hit 62° which smashed the old record of 56°. More records will be set tomorrow before a cold front moves in and drops temperatures back to near normal for February.
