Another Warm Day

Today will be another warm day with gusty winds from the west as a cold front will swing through the state. It will not be noticeable except for a switch in the wind direction. Temperatures will still be well above average for the early part of February. Highs today will be in the 40s where there is a snowpack to the 60s in the non-snowpack areas. It will cool off Sunday where temperatures will be at least 10-15 degrees cooler but will still be slightly above average with readings in the 30s-40s. Lamoni set a new record high yesterday at 64° as did Omaha NE with 62°. Some record highs could be set today as well.
