Snow fell across the southern half of the state last night bringing anywhere between 1 and 5 inches of snow. Manning in Carroll County had 5 inches with Des Moines recieving 3, but north of a Rock Rapids to Fort Dodge to Iowa City to Muscatine line recieved only flurries if anything at all from this storm. Some more snow will be possible later today in extreme southern Iowa as the storm moves to the east. The Winter Weather Advisory in SW Iowa continues to be in effect.
