A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued that will go into effect at 3pm this afternoon and be in effect until Sunday Morning for the following counties in Iowa, Mitchell, Howard, Winneshiek, Allamakee, Floyd, Chickasaw, Fayette and Clayton. The Cold front that is currently moving through the state early this morning will bring some snow and sleet to NE Iowa this afternoon and tonight with snow accumulations of 3-5 inches possible with the highest amounts being further east in Wisconsin. This may be expanded later this morning.
