A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued beginning this evening and ending tomorrow morning. This is in effect for the following counties, Mitchell, Howard, Winneshiek, Allamakee, Floyd, Chickasaw, Fayette, Clayton, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Benton, Linn, Jones, Jackson, Iowa, Johnson, Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, Scott, Keokuk, Washington, Louisa, Jefferson and Henry.

As much as two tenths of an inch of freezing rain may be possible in the advisory area. By midday Friday, temperatures will climb above freezing and the threat should end from south to north.
