Most of the state has been upgraded to High Wind Warnings, except Clayton and Allamakee Counties in NE Iowa and a few counties in SW Iowa. At Noon, a gust to 60mph was reported at Spencer. Mason City was reporting light snow with a wind gust of 38mph. Also the dewpoints are crashing into the 10s and single digits, signifying this air is coming from way up north. Wind gusts to 60mph and over will continue through the rest of the day before letting up later tonight.
