The latest GFS model is depicting the possiblity of some light snow Monday. This is due to a surge of cold air that will follow in the wake of the current storm moving through now. Temperatures Monday may not even get above 40 in areas east of Interstate 35 with lows well down in the 20s across the state. Any snow that does fall would not amount to much. However the next run could show the snow not being here. One TV station has already put a snow chance in the forecast Monday so the possiblity of it occurring is better than it has been.
