The western part of the state is getting some rain a bit earlier than expected. The heaviest rain was located near Omaha. This rain may dampen some high school football games. The rain should amount to a tenth or two. Where it is raining, temperatures are in hte mid to upper 50s, elsewhere it is in the 60s to lower 70s. Rain will move across the state tonight with this distrubance. It should be gone in time for Saturday’s college football games across the state.
