There is a slight risk of severe weather for areas in Iowa east of a line from Guttenberg to Lamoni. The threats will be large hail, damaging winds and a very isolated tornado. Storms will initiate later this afternoon and will move off to the east. The chances for severe weather will likely come before 9pm. Also any debris clouds left over from a thunderstorm complex moving across the state early this morning may lead to a lower chance for severe weather. Stay tuned.
