There is still a slight risk for severe weather in the NW 1/4 of Iowa today and tonight. The threats are the same as was discussed in the morning blog post, large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes. Currently only a few showers were located in the northwestern part of the state north of Sioux City. These showers are not severe at this time. Elsewhere in the state it is hazy with temperatures in the mid 70s to lower 80s.
