At Midday

There is a line of light to moderate rain extending across the state north to south mainly along the US 63 corridor. This line is moving east at 20-25 mph. Rainfall amounts from this line will generally be under 1/2 inch but some places could get as much as 3/4 of an inch of rain. After the rain goes through the sky should clear. It has already done so in the western part of the state and temperatures have responded with many locations in the west in the 70s.
