Rain is moving out of the state at this time. Temperatures are being held down in the east because of extensive cloudiness. Temperatures are about in the 60s in the east to the mid to upper 70s in the west. Not only is it warmer in the western part of the state, the humidity has returned with dew points climbing into the 60s. The humidity will return to the rest of the state tomorrow.
