Storms have developed in the wee hours of the morning. These storms which are not severe at this time extend from Waterloo to Vinton to Iowa City to Mt. Pleasant. They are moving SE at 25mph. These storms could produce small hail, winds to 40 mph and dangerous and frequent cloud to ground lightning.
