All of Iowa

1pm Outlook

Sky Conditions in Iowa are the opposite of what they were yesterday. The eastern part of the state was stuck in clouds while the western part of the state was in sunny skies. Today clouds shroud the western part of the state while the eastern side is sunny to partly sunny. Temperatures are nearing or slightly over 80 now in many places. The humidity levels are down slightly from yesterday and that could be a hinderance for any thunderstorm development this afternoon and evening. There are a few showers in the western part of the state, but they aren’t amounting to much. A few hundredths of an inch of rain is possible with these showers as they move E and SE.
