Flooding from numerous showers and thunderstorms continues in many counties along and just north of US Hwy 20 from Waterloo westward. Given the rain that has fallen and the rain that is currently occurring, flooding will continue at least through midnight if not beyond. This is not going to lead to extensive flooding of rivers as yet. This will determined better once tonight’s rainfall has ended.
